Pricing

Prices are subject to change due to current market conditions. All prices, discounts and quotations are subject to change without notice and will be those in effect at the time of delivery.

Terms

Net 30 days to accounts with established credit. If credit is not established, all sales are COD or prepaid. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Sales are subject to state and local sales tax. Special request orders are not returnable. Accounts are considered past due if payment is not received within 30 days following the date of the invoice. A penalty of 1-1/2% per month with a minimum of $1.00 service charge will be applied to past due accounts. Delinquent accounts in excess of 30 days will be shipped COD. Any collection cost for delinquent accounts incurred by Aqua Pure Enterprises, Inc., including legal fes, will be paid by the customer. Checks returned for any reason will incur a $50.00 penalty.

Shipping

All orders are delivered Best Way at Aqua Pure's discretion. Special order items are shipped FOB. All shipments incur a $15.95 shipping or handling fee and may include a fuel surcharge. Freight or other special handling rush shipments are available on request.

Transportation Claims

All reasonable precautions are taken in packing goods for shipment. If any merchandise is damaged or lost in transit the purchaser must file a claim with common carrier.

Warranty

Products carry manufacturer warranties and these warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

Returned Goods

Merchandise for return must have prior authorization, an RMA number, and be in its original carton. A minimum 20% restocking fee may be charged.

Product Pictures

The pictures are used as examples of the item listed. The actual product may differ from the picture without notice. Some pictures may showcase the part on PVC or other support items, which are not included with the part.
