Use as needed, or part of a monthly maintenance program to prevent accumulation of undesirable material
Apply product to sponge or cloth and wipe over surfaces
Allow 3 to 5 minutes to allow product to penetrate  
Hose or splash treated areas to clean areas
Use a non-abrasive sponge or pad to help   remove difficult buildup
Do not allow product to remain on porous surfaces for 30 minuets or longer
Do not use on copper, brass, marble, or steel
