Monitoring Water Balance

Our monitoring and water management program provides:
  • 24-hour monitoring of the facility's chemical feed system
  • Weekly on-site diagnosis and treatment of the water
  • Visual inspection of equipment to note any adversities
  • Automatic chemical deliveries
Many facilities have found our program to be an exceptional benefit to their overall water management.
 
Qualified personnel can make maintenance service visits each week to perform the following services (weather permitting) which shall include, but not limited to:
1.        Check and adjust all automatic and manual water chemistry control systems.  
2.        Maintain ONLY a weekly residual of chemical stock on hand for all automatic and manual water chemistry control systems to avoid violation of chemical storage fire codes.
3.        Confirm water chemistry is balanced based on Saturation Index (temp-chlorine-pH-Alkalinity-Calcium hardness) in accordance with local health department codes and regulations regarding sanitation of commercial pools.
4.        Notify Manager on Duty of any and all deficiencies with pool, spa or any equipment associated with the operation of pool or spa during visits.
5.    Backwash filter system or c lean filter cartridges as needed.
6.    Add proper amounts of Diatomaceous Earth to D.E. filters.
7.    Inspect and clean salt cell on each visit if necessary.
8.    Inspect all chlorine and ph feeder tubing.
          *  Aqua Pure recommends an annual preventive maintenance of changing all tubing for chemical feed lines, and feed heads to help avoid unnecessary leaking, breakage or down time with a pool/spa.
9.    Keep all rubber o-rings and the backwash valve’s lubricated.
10.    Maintain proper pump/filter room condition
